➤ How does the interactive map and Booking API work?
The map displays cities with key data for digital nomads: cost of living, internet quality, safety, coworking spaces, attractions. Thanks to the integration with Booking.com, you can filter accommodations, compare prices, and proceed to booking directly from the map.
➤ How to use the cost of living calculator?
The calculator compares expenses across cities (accommodation, food, transport, coworking). After setting your budget, you receive a monthly cost estimate. You can add multiple cities and compare them side-by-side.
➤ How to plan a trip (accommodation, transport, coworking, insurance)?
The Planner allows you to organize the entire trip in one place: choose a city and dates, browse accommodations (Booking API), add transport, coworking spaces, insurance, then save or share your plan.
➤ How does the Vault work and what documents can be stored?
The Vault is an encrypted Document Wallet. You can store your passport, ID card, driver's license, insurance policies, medical documents, tickets, agreements, PDFs, and images. Only you have access — documents are encrypted end-to-end.
➤ How to edit your profile?
In the "Profile" section, you can change your photo, add bio, languages, and links, set travel preferences, and choose account visibility (public/private).
➤ How to create and share content?
You can publish posts, photos, reviews, comments, and guides. Content can be public or private — depending on your settings.

➤ How to create an account?
1. Click "Sign Up".
2. Choose a registration method (email/Google/Apple).
3. Confirm your email.
4. Complete your profile details.
5. Done.
➤ How to add a location to favorites?
1. Open a city.
2. Click the "Add to favorites" icon.
3. The city appears in your Favorites.
➤ How to save your travel plan?
1. Open the Travel Planner.
2. Choose city and dates.
3. Add accommodation, transport, coworking, insurance.
4. Click "Save Plan".
5. Find your plan in "Trips".
➤ How to upload a document to the Vault?
1. Go to the Vault.
2. Click "Upload Document".
3. Select a file (PDF/JPG/PNG).
4. The document will be encrypted and saved.
➤ How to add a post or comment?
1. Open Explore or a location.
2. Click "Add Post".
3. Add text and photos.
4. Publish.
5. Click below the post to add a comment.

Troubleshooting

➤ Map is not loading
Refresh the page, disable adblock, enable location services, check your internet. If the issue persists — contact support.
➤ Login problem / password reset
Use "Forgot Password", check SPAM, make sure you're using the same login method as during registration.
➤ Travel plan not saving
Reasons: not logged in, expired session, interrupted internet. Solution: log out → log in → try again.
➤ Document not uploading to Vault
Reasons: file too large, unsupported format, interrupted upload, storage limit. Upload again or contact support.
